The application cycle for 2026-27 is now closed. The 2027–2028 application cycle is expected to open in early September 2026. Please check back at that time for updates.

Physical Therapy Applicants: You should not submit this form to apply to the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. You will receive an email upon submitting your PTCAS application. Once submitted, your data will be transferred to UCSF, and an automated message will be sent to the email address you provided in PTCAS. An application will automatically be started for you. It may take up to 72 hours for us to receive your application information.
